Cuberion – Employee App

I am proud to present my IPA: Cuberion – The Employee App, an existing tool developed by Cubera Solutions AG, supporting countless employees daily. It is widely used across various industries, from cleaning services to trades and healthcare companies. A key focus of the design experience was ensuring that each company receives its own app branding. This customization enables the app to seamlessly reflect the unique identity and culture of each organization. After extensive research, testing, and prototyping, the new Cuberion is ready to use, featuring animations, a distinctive design, animations, gamification elements, and interactive features. Given the diversity of its users, my goal was to create an app that is both intuitive and user-friendly. Employees remain at the core of the design, with their needs and the branding of their company perfectly integrated into the experience. The app combines playfulness and professionalism to deliver a tool that is functional, engaging, and tailored to its users, ready to support you in your everyday work.
